Last updated: May 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Scalynce. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including our modular technical audits, technical due diligence (TDD), and modular infrastructure engineering.

By using our website or applying for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Scalynce provides technical growth infrastructure and consulting. This includes:

  • Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Audit processes.
  • BUILD: Custom tech architecture and hardened CMS implementation.
  • GROW: Autonomous acquisition engines and AI content factories.
  • SCALE: Revenue yield architecture and data intelligence.
  • AUTOMATE: AI agents and autonomous workflow orchestration.

All services are provided on a “project” or “subscription” basis as defined in specific client agreements.

3. Intake & Application

Applying for an intake or audit does not guarantee an engagement. We reserve the right to decline applications based on our assessment of “fit,” current technical maturity, or resource availability. Data provided during intake must be accurate to ensure a proper diagnosis.

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All frameworks, diagrams, methodologies (including the Growth Framework Diagram), and code snippets provided as part of our standardized modules remain the intellectual property of Scalynce.

Client IP: Any custom code or configuration built specifically for your business as part of a paid engagement is governed by the intellectual property clauses in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

5. Use of Third-Party Tools

Our systems often integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Cal.com, Resend, Google Cloud, Meta). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms. Scalynce is not responsible for outages or policy changes on these third-party platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we engineer systems for predictable growth, business outcomes are subject to market conditions, product-market fit, and your internal execution. Scalynce provides the infrastructure; we do not guarantee specific revenue targets as an absolute outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalynce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
